Agents feel like the first real shift — software that's actually on your side. I've spent a decade building in healthcare: clinician tools at Amazon Care, team leadership at Amazon Health and HeliosX. I want to be close to the problem, helping figure out what to build and then building it.

About
I studied Engineering at Oxford, spent two years at Jaguar Land Rover defining requirements for autonomous driving systems, and realised I wanted to build software. Amazon was the switch — I joined as a web engineer launching global marketplace sites, then moved into health tech in 2017 and haven't looked back.
Five years at Amazon Care building clinician tools, then Amazon Health, then time at a startup accelerator figuring out what to build next, then leading engineering at HeliosX. I've been an engineer, a tech lead, and a manager. I want to stay close to the problem — helping figure out what to build, and then building it.
